RETURNS POLICY

The UKTC Shop will accept items purchased for return unused, unworn and in the original packaging for a full refund within 28 days of receipt.

Please return the item to the UKTC Shop within the stated period and include any original documentation sent with the item to be refunded.

The only exception to the refund policy relates to groin guards and gum shields which cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons

We recommend that if you are returning items, that you request a proof of postage or tracking number for your own protection. Any returned items remain your responsibility until it reaches the UKTC Shop.

If an alternative size is required, please order a new item and return the original item which will be refunded upon receipt at The UKTC shop at UKTC Shop, Unit 5, RFL House, Anderson Street, Dunblane, FK15 9AJ
